Are you good with electrical stuff?
You may have luck looking to a parts place for the exact piece.
But I wonder if Gunny can help you.
He is the parts guy for Camelback Toyota.
I am going to tag you in the thread for him.
    He works best with PMs.

Toyota dealer will be able to get you a new connector and some wires that go with it. cut and splice. I had a similar issue with my transmission speed sensor.

Is this the connector to the blower or to the resistor? The latter is more common to see burned in earlier trucks (because the GM-supplied connector fit poorly).

That would be the blower connector.

Go to the dealer. Toyota's public online catalog doesn't have this part.

Alternatively just crimp on two insulated spade terminals to the wires, since the pins on the blower are simple:

Didn't have any grease, but giving the inside a good ol compressed air cleaning has taken away my squeak for 2+ years

Is there a TSB for the blower motor chirp for my 2013? I'm under warranty and I'd like to get this dealt with, what an annoying sound!

I think they replace the motor under warranty, give them a call. There's supposedly an updated motor that people say work better, not sure. Make sure it's squeaking when you bring it in.

Mine was chirping terribly, mostly on medium fan speeds. Under warranty so took it in to the shop - they found some debris and a cracked cage on the assembly. New one installed - blissfully quiet for the snowy commute this morning. Hope it lasts!

They covered it under warranty, but bill was only $259 regardless, for a whole new blower motor assembly, not terrible

Can we get a confirmation from anyone that the most recent 044 will eventually start squealing again or have there been no failures?

my local dealer in calgary canada has the 044 available and im happy to pay the price if the squeal has been eradicated.
