That is the exact same terminal as the ones that plug into the blower motor itself. I just bought 2 from the dealer and replaced them on my blower motor connector. You can get them from the dealer. The terminal comes pre-crimped onto about a 6" yellow pigtail. Just attach it to the right wire with a butt connector. If I can find the paper that came with it, I'll get you the part number.

I ordered the connector and the plastic plug housing from the dealer. Also picked up a 2013 HVAC control assembly for $79 can't beat that. Im going to put some ox-gard conductive paste on the connectors on the new one. Hopefully this won't happen again. I would advise people with a 2012 to check that connector. Better to find out early than later. It doesn't take much effort to pull that assembly out and check.

Got it all fixed. used a salvage yard AC controller's switch, toyota fixer wire and new plug. Soldered the new wire on. I'll have to keep an eye on it. also used ox-gard in the connector terminals

I need to ask you guys this though, if you run the blower on high for awhile, does the back of the switch housing get warm? I noticed after getting all this fixed the back gets a little warm after running for a while. Not sure if they all get a little warm on high.
