Hey, anyone have a part number for the pins that go into the female end of the blower resistor harness? I had one not making good contact causing intermittent loss/degradation of M2 speed, and the springy tab was visibly bent, making a loose connection. So I pulled the wire out of the connector and tried to bend it back out to improve contact pressure, and of course it snapped off after my perfectionist self putzed with it too much.

Would love to just snip it off and install a new pin rather than buy a whole new harness, but having trouble finding that specific pin

    Thanks in advance

    Thanks!

Yeah, I installed the upgraded pigtail a few years ago after the first one burnt up. Been having the intermittent issue a while now, just finally got around to de-pinning and inspecting it instead of jiggling/reseating the connector till it worked again, like I had been for too long. :anonymous:

Not sure what happened to this one, I use M2 and Hi a lot, and the Hi/Ground pins look just fine. I can tell M2 was hot but no catastrophic damage to the connector. Probably why the pin was brittle enough to snap.

I wrapped up the pin and plugged the pigtail back in so at least I still have AC in this heat.

Update: Terminals are proving to be unobtainium through Yota channels.

BUT..managed to dig up a very old thread that lead me to an alternative source. So I ordered some terminals as well as a new housing. The poster calls out a -B part number for the housing, but that's unavailable and the one I ordered (same PN without the -B) looks to be identical. For 5 bucks I'll give it a shot.

Will update if it works. Or doesn't. lol. Thanks for the input!

Pins worked a treat, I once again have all four fan speeds!
