Installed an eclipse avn62d DVD player, NAv, and headunit. Now my interior lights for the heat, fan, an traction control don't come on. The heat/ac, fan speeds, location, and traction Ctrl settings all function....I just can't see them at night. I found a blown 10fuse in the box under the steering wheel, I replaced it with a 15 turned my lights on and it blew again.....any idea what's going on?

Sounds like that circuit is shorted to ground. Maybe a wire was pinched during the install or an incompatible adapter was used?

You'll need to find out where the short is. Don't try an even bigger fuse, that just makes an even bigger fire.
