Blowing Fuse

I'm by no means an electrical wizard and can use some help. I'm trying to install so flush mount pods in the rear bumper and keep blowing a fuse when I turn them on. Ive blown 15, 20, and a 30 amp fuse.

My connections seems ok.
It's wired to a fuse block like all my other lights and accessories.
Relay in place.
One light has a current draw of 0.5 amps at 13.8 V

They are less than an amp each. You should not be blowing anything over a 2.5A fuse. DO NOT put another 30A fuse in there with 16ga wire. You most likely already melted something together. Pics of your wiring?

 

Yep, that was a bad move on my part. Saw it sitting there and just did it. I'm going to redo all the connections and go from there. Not sure what else it could be at this point.

 

Just at a bad connection at one of the 8 connectors. I used the ones that came with the wiring harnesses. I ended up just making my own and everything is working as it should.
