Blown rear axle seal

    5100's with eibachs. And 255/85/16 km2s
    My sister 99 runner blew an axle seal. How hard are these things to change. I know I'll need a bearing pressed in to do the outter. Are these the same as the Tacoma axle? It has the rear locker as well

    You probably don't have to mess with the bearing on the axle assembly. Unless you feel it's time to do so. To change the seal just pull the assembly out and you'll see the seal in the axle housing. You'll probably want a seal puller.
