It’s fine if you have no rear passengers. There is not that much head room in the rear even though the videos perspective makes it look like it would be fine.

    Edit: holy crap $79.99???
I’ll just continue to throw my gear in the rear seat/floor

I’ve had one for a while, I use it all the time and love it. I put jackets and other things there so they don’t get buried in the back seats with the rear of my stuff

My rear seats are rarely used as seats so it’s always there, it can be removed in a few seconds if someone is sitting back there.

    none yet
Bought one, installed it, hated it. Couldn't stand the way it hung down and partially-obstructed my view out the back window. Sent it back and traded it for one of the storage bags that hang off the back of the front seats. Serves the same purpose without the aggravation whenever I look in the rearview mirror.

I have one in my 4Runner. It’s fantastic for carrying the soft stuff (pillows, camp pads, sleeping bags, extra clothes). Don’t want some heavy and hard shit flying towards your head in the event of hard braking.

I bought the Raingler equivalent and the design is absolute garbage. Your rear handles are held in by clips, which will break if you actually tighten the damn thing. If that's not bad enough, even when tight, it blocks the rear and hangs so low no one can sit in the backseat.

I ended up getting this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B013W8LMFI/ and adding a couple of mounts using self-tapping screws where the roof is the highest. I keep a couple of towels and a blanket up there, and it stays tucked out of the way. Plus it's CHEAP.
