Poor quality computer monitor....Can't see 'em well enough to say...I HAD 265/75r16 Duratracs at one point. Then STT PRO 285/75r16's after that. When I get home, I can look at that photo file and see what date it was....Then I can answer.

Edit; Just noticed mud flaps. They went away with the 285's, so those are in fact, 265/75r16 Goodyear Duratracs.

Clazzio leather seat covers now done! Looking good!

New tires on Monday. Yes, there will be BFG A/T (KO2's) on it for the summer. We've got a 3rd trip planned now. Between now and September we will do just over 6000 miles of highway driving. The off road portion is dry, rocky, and probably better suited to KO's than anything else. Wanted quieter tires for now. M/T back on before fall.

    #retiredlife!

Busy day went hyperbusy. Tires are on. I own Ko2s...Amazing....

Found a loose wheel bearing. Replaced with OEM.

New brake drums rotors pads and shoes.

Still gotta do headrest's in back seat. (Clazzio seat covers)

    Oil change by weekend.

The truck rides so damn smooth and quiet. Even with windows open.

Over the years, I've made more jokes about KO2's than I can count. Best tire EVER for mall parking lots..... Now I own a set. :anonymous: I wanted quiet. Now I got quiet. We'll see how they work out for the off road portion of the show. From initial reaction, I see why these tires are so popular. Really REALLY good street manners. Got a potential buyer for KO2's by this fall..after all the road trips we have on the horizon. .Then I'll probably go back to M/T's before fall/winter off roading. May try KM3's this time.

STT PRO's are sold. 5 X 285/75r16's, 43K since new, 5 tire rotation...Still have 10K to 15K useful life left. Got $500 out of them. EDIT: Buyer flaked on me...Still got 'em.

Noticed a bit MORE noise than usual last week. Sort of a roaring noise. Traced that to a right front wheel bearing starting to wear out. Toyota dealer had one in stock! So that is now a done deal. Left side seemed fine. It stays for now. I had Toyota dealer order in a hub assembly, and I'll put it on sometime when I have time. (Just because...)

I LOVED my EBC brakes when they were new (year ago) I don't like how fast they wore out and I don't like the heavy coat of brake dust on my wheels every day. So....New OEM drums and rotors, pads and shoes...

Got a little more tuning on the Clazzio seat covers. (Tightening up tie's, install headrest covers in rear) At that point, the roof rack may move from garage floor to truck roof! And time to order a snorkel.

Then we get real.....Time for new front coils and shocks. 887's and 5100's. Then new rear leaves and shocks (undecided/5100's) 101,000 miles on old 5100's. They're bound to be worn out by now...Time for new. Possible I MIGHT upgrade, but will stay with Bilstiens no matter what. Like 'em, LOVE the price (relative to other brands) and cannot say one bad word about the service I got from this set.

ALSO....While changing tires, I couldn't help but notice BOTH Wheelers Superbumps (on rear) were now devoid of rubber....Looked torn off...not sure when or how, just that they were NOT missing when I cleaned up after Black Mountain (October/November) Ordered 2 new ones and will give 'em one more shot. :spending:

Call it the 179,000 mile tune up!

Aaaaahhhh:p! That feeling you get when you hit it out of the park.

Also...That feeling you get when you realize something you've always criticized turns out to be.....well.... just what you needed.

About 450 mile per week average. Mostly concrete interstate. Don't really need mud tires then. (cite noise, wear, noise, mpg, noise, ride, and noise)

KO2s a nice addition. Never thought I'd say that.

New Wheeler SuperBumps track as "out for delivery". Hope to see those on the front porch when I get off work. Still unsure of what happened to old set. Looks like the rubber "bumper" was cut off somehow. Both sides gone. Fronts OK....

Unexplained phenomenon.... Happens 20 times a day where I work. "Nobody did it", yet it got done....

    OK....What'll we buy next!?!?!?!?

I love my STT Maxx's but IDK for really long trips I hear alot of good thngs about the new AT3's I think that's what Cooper calls them. One guy I spoke to with a set said they did great off road but they aren't nearly as agressive as the Maxx or the Pro and road really smooth. This is just second hand information but aybe worth looking at ?
EDIT: never Mind I read further and saw you got tires safe travels friend

I didn't want "A/T"s that were mostly a street tread.
After 2 consecutive sets of Coopers, I wanted something else this time. No complaints, just wanted different.
Buddy who owns tire shop made me a deal I just couldn't pass up on the KO2's
From early impressions, they aren't a bad off road tire for an AT. (Got 'em in wet grass and surface mud while ago. Made it back to office without getting stuck, so...)
After 2 days of driving on 'em, I'm fairly confident these may be my regulars for some time to come.
Will at least be on the truck until we get home from fall fishing expedition.

I've lost lots of bumps.. actually found one I had lost by a crazy coincidence one day (@Dave41079 as a witness). Never lost a Superbump though.

Both sides look like they were sliced off with a knife. They were still intact when we got home from Harlan last fall...Last time I can recall having my eyes on them... I did haul a load (and a half) to the scrap yard back in Feb. May have had 'er just a tad overloaded. Probably solid on the bumps at that point....

I lost one like that once. 1650# of concrete parking stops down the interstate and over the RR tracks

    I know...right....I can't believe it either.

STT PRO's are now on my Toyota "SEMA" wheels....and can go back on the truck when and if needed!

Thought I had 'em sold. Buyer backed out. Sign from above....Keep 'em and put 'em on rims....
