I have a entune head unit with nav, non jbl in my 16 trdor. Since the last update I have had very frequent connectivity issues with my iPhone 6. After essentially every Siri eyes free prompt I will get a disconnected prompt and need to manually repair from the head unit or reset. This also frequently occurs after and during phone calls. Does anybody else have this problem? I have attempted to delete the phone from the truck and try again. Pretty frustrating that there is not reliable connectivity between my 40k truck and the most popular smartphone in the world...

OEM Tube Steps and Roof Rack, Leveling Kit, and Truxedo. Also, privacy glass on driver's and passenger sides front windows, with a brow tint. Recently powder-coated OEM wheels and added Custom Car Grillz, small-perf flat black grill with color-matched bezel.
I too had issues with this when I had an iPhone 6. I recently had to upgrade to the 7 and now the problems have gone away. I don't know if it's just me or not but if you're due for an upgrade, it may resolve itself afterwards.

Perhaps a factory reset on the phone?

Also try deleting the BT configs on each end and completely re-pairing from the beginning.

When I had my 6 I don't recall any issues other than Toyota's entune app sucking; bluetooth remained connected just fine.
