Bluetooth mic issues

    Been having an issue with my phone connection to the truck, anytime i make a call through the bluetooth and use the microphone inside the truck everyone tells me it sounds like a plastic bag being crumpled up in the background and can barely hear me, when i disconnect from the truck and use just my phone no issues at all…. Any ideas

    One thing to try is have your head unit forget your phone then try re-pairing it.
