Bluetooth Phone Problem

I stopped by the Toyota dealer last week and got a service advisor manager to look at the issue. He found that the drivers door main speaker is not working. You can test for this by using the balance adjustment and push all the sound to the left while playing using. Also, use the Fade to pull all the sound to the front. If you don't hear any sound from the speaker when playing music, it is dead. He explained that phone sounds and phone setup only comes out of the door speaker. I ordered a pair of speakers from Crutchfield and will update this thread after I have installed them and determined if this solved the problem.
