2003 Off Road AC and '16 AC Sport Silver Sky Metallic

Can I pair an Ipod and my android phone and be able to use both at the same time? I know I can hook the Ipod via USB and still use the phone Bluetooth but was curious if both could use the Bluetooth at the same time. This is an Entune with navigation in a 2016 TRD Sport, non JBL.
