I've got a 2012 Taco SR5. The radio is the basic model, not the JBL that came with the higher end trucks and standard on 2013. The radio has Bluetooth and I had no problem with it for several years but it suddenly stopped working.

I've tried different phones and devices and nothing works. The bluetooth settings option has disappeared as well and nothing shows on my phone. I'm guessing there must be a Bluetooth radio/antenna and some other component that has failed.

Has anyone experienced this problem and did you find a solution that didn't require a new radio or FM transmitter (which I'm using now).

Bluetooth on these Entune radios have had issues on both 2nd and 3rd gens. TLDR is that stock head units aren't very good, basically bare minimum.

Some people have got them working again through resets and phone tweaks but seems like yours just went AWOL. 13 year old radio, could be the end my friend.

Never seen one actually repaired, most people just replace with a junkyard unit or aftermarket. https://www.crutchfield.com is always a good place to start getting ideas. Good luck.

It's actually not even the Entune radio. The Entune was on a higher package level truck and standard the next year. I appreciate the response. I guess I'll have to break down and get a new radio.
