What does the blue circle symbol mean next to the phone icon and why doesn't the other phone icon have the symbol as well? See attached picture.

I’d have to double check on mine but I believe that is the phone that is currently connected to Bluetooth whereas the other is not.

When I took this picture, the phone with the blue symbol was not connected and was miles away in another city. My phone (the one without the blue symbol) is the one connected.
