I just got a 15 TRD PRO. I connected my phone when I first got it and it was working fine. Then this weekend We disconnected mine to connect a friends but the Bluetooth stopped working. I read through the forum but couldn't find anything like this. The Bluetooth option is not even available. In setup the Bluetooth and audio option are grey'd out (not selectable) to re sync it. My buddy has the same exact truck and I was able to connect to his no problem so it's not my phone. Has anybody else experienced this or have a suggestion? I've tried everything I can think of. It like it's turned off but unable to turn on....

Turn off Bluetooth on your phone, then turn it back on and try to reconnect. I also remove all devices that have been connected to your radio and then restart the connection procedure. It's happened to me a couple of times. I think it's a phone issue.

I tried all that. It's not my phone because I connected to my buddy's truck. He wasn't able to connect his to mine either.

Try disconnecting the negative terminal on your truck battery and start the whole procedure over again.

Happened to me. the top right corner of the display should show a phone icon with a red dash through it. Push that if its there and it should reconnect.
