Bluetooth

Hey all. So traded in my 2014 Tacoma in fit a 2016. So far I love it. The only issue I am having is my phone connects no issue. Everything works.. I get messages but the come in unknown and when I look at the list of messages they are all unknown. When I let the message be read out loud it reads it but because it is unknown I can not send a quick message back. My phone settings are the same as they were... They worked in my 2014 and in our carolla. I checked the truck settings and it says use phone contacts. I just can't figure out why it won't show who the message is from.

 

It may help if you let us know what type of phone you have, because there are many threads in the forum addressing the different types of phones and their connection and message problems.
