    lol the majority of tacomas made can't tow over 5,000 lbs. well legally anyway.

    but yeah that kinda looks like out of those holden utes with an m3 front....kinda weird...

    Most tacomas have a tow rating of 5,000lbs. Not sure what the mini's have.....

    actually all 2nd gen tacomas have a standard tow rating 3500 lbs. (except the XRunner, rated at 3300 lbs) it's only when you add the towing package, they bump it up to around 6000-6500 lbs depending on the model, and the towing package is only optional on V6 trucks. i'm not saying the towing package really makes one with it capable of towing 6,500 lbs vs. a truck without it wouldn't, it's just what toyota says lol. Im pretty sure the same v6 truck without an tranny cooler and oil cooler would do just fine towing the same load...

    all 2TR trucks have a maximum tow capacity of 3,500 lbs no matter what cab or suspension configuration.

    this is according to the toyota website...
