    I would sell the gears, Lockers, and Install kits seperate from the rear for those TRD OR guys. but not looking to sell just the lockers.

    Make me a reasonable offer.

    Yes, Unless you have a TRD OR In which case you could use everything but the rear locker.

    It is niether but it does have the LSD in the rear, open in the front.

    I believe the base model come with the 8.4 rear which would not work for you ^

    If I have someone with a sport tacoma who is %100 commited i might be able to exchange the rear locker and gears for a tacoma.. let me check into it and Ill get back.

    You would have to ask sierra gear to see if their a difference in Off road and sport ring/ pinion.

    From the parts list it looks like the front would work but not the rear. Unless its the same part for both just different part numbers.

    I wouldn't be asking if I wasn't serious, this is the setup I've been looking for. I was under the impression the Sport had 8.4" rear differential and the OR has 8"

    It is a different rear, but I can get the arb, r&P, and install kit exhanged for the right one. Ill get back to you. might be a little more money. but i think i can do the asking price even if its more money.. within reason.
