I'm honestly not sure they would even know how to use a cleat, or what kind of bow line/hitch to use to tie the boat up. What I also noticed about these boat folks down south is that they don't bother using bumpers, but don't want their boat to touch the dock?!?

How did they even make it to the ramp, lol. Dipshitz. I have seen people bounce high dollar bass boats down steep boat ramps here in TX cause they disconnected strap from trailer wench at top of ramp instead of in water.

Dont exactly recall how old I was, probably 17'ish...
Installed a new 200 horse Yamaha outboard on our 21 foot trophy cuddy....
Didnt want to drive all the way to the ocean to test a few different props & I have huge lakes right in my back yard...
So hit the lake, explained to the rangers my plan & they directed me to the launch ramp..
    Ramp was really steep....
I was backing down & as I applied the brakes, slightly too hard for the loose gravel footing...
Due to the steep grade, heavy weight of the boat & short Ford Aerostar...
I had all 4 wheels locked up & was sliding down the ramp, thank god the second the boat hit the water, everything stopped...
That was a potential ouuugggghhhhh shittttt moment!!!

That’s your boat-shaped water parking brake coming to the rescue. I’m sure you were gripping the wheel.
