Nice. I had an 81 like this with a 5 speed and my friend used to have a mid eighties p/u with an arctic camo paintjob too - loved that thing - those trucks were so fun!

Well I had a tree branch fall and hit the roof of my truck and shatter the windshield before Christmas. It's been at the body shop since then. They gave me a 2015 dodge challenger v6. Hope to have it back in another week. Also getting the grill I just picked up color matched while they have my paint mixed up.

Roof off. No more plugged holes in the roof!

 

Got my truck back last night and some color matching for the grill on the side. Thanks again @Jareds Toyota .

Going to be installing the headers and y pipe this weekend hopefully along with the skids, just need to pick up some hardware.

Sure is. Almost 15k hrs on her. Not my favorite loader but better than other I have ran. I'm more of a Cat guy. I like the older JD dozers 450/550 size though for small site work.

 

If work would let me do a mod day Saturday I'd try my hardest to get the LCA's, bumps and brakelines done, not get any sleep and just see you guys down there.

 

I won't hold it against you, even though Cat puts American flag decals on equipment that's made in Brazil. I'm biased, I was a mechanic for a Deere construction equipment dealership for many years. They still make most models in the US. For every day I had to fight an ancient high-hour pile o' crap trying to get it working again, I probably had 5 days playing with brand new equipment. New loader smell is soooo much better than new car smell. 15,000 hours is getting up there. I'm guessing it's on its 2nd or 3rd set of axles and 2nd engine. Normal for production-class equipment. Anyhoo, I've had a few adult beverages and I'll stop jacking your build thread.
