BODY ARMOR SUGGESTIONS 03 TRD

I have been having issues finding Plate style bumpers for my 2003 They dont seem to make many for my year??

Plate style bumper, rear bumper, Tire/gascan mount on the rear bumper.
Bolt on rock sliders?

Quick answer....

CBI makes great plate style front and rear bumpers. rear swingout and sliders.

Shrockworks makes a great plate style front bumper too.

ARB front bumper.

 

Gotta agree with David. An amazing front plate bumper.

 

Be careful of the tire/gas can mount for the rear bumper, as if you're serious about offroading, you'll end up bending your frame due to the extra weight, so you'll need to either box the frame or reinforce it. There's a few places that sell the frame reinforcement.

If you're just going to looks, its probably not quite as necessary, but might still be a good idea.

As far as bolt on sliders go, there are a few options, but will require either drilling into the frame, or bending your cab above the frame. If you look at the frame, you'll see there really isn't much space at all to wrap a load bearing attachment to the frame. Most bolt ons seem to take the direction of drilling from what I've seen.
