Sorry if this is a juvenile question, but why are no kits available for trucks with OE hitch? If such a product exists please advise. I'm running 12.5's with 1.5" spacers to avoid UCA rub and want to lift the body. Thanks.

Had tons on the Taco's.... new truck is pretty stock
My guess is because on the trucks with the OE trailer hitch, the hitch is the mounting bracket for the rear bumper, thus the rear bumper cannot easily be raised up to match the body lift.
