Hey, I am in the middle of a core support, fender, and bumper replacement (along with timing belt and valve cover gaskets). . .

The damaged side should get the front mount bushing replaced, however, all I can find are the poly replacements from Energy Suspension. I currently have poly bushings to change out on the CAs, rack, and sway bar along with an Old Man Emu kit for front and rear. I was really hesitant to do poly body mounts because, in my mind, this would cause too much added vibration/noise.

Are there OEM style rubber bushings available for the body mounts? I have tried searching but no luck.

To those with poly, is there a noticeable difference? My honest concern is really my sound system but I do have added floor and door dampener. If I'm being crazy, I'll order the ES mount bushings.

    Cheers!

I used ES when I replaced my cab mount bushings and it was a mess. The ES kit is for regular and extended cabs. They do not work for dcabs. I went round and round with ES tech support trying to get the right combination of bushings. In the end, they sent a second set of tall rear cab corner bushings and I have to have 4crawler.com make me a new set of corner body lift bushings the were 1 3/8"(have 1" body lift) to compensate for the final ES bushing still not being tall enough.

After all that everything is now the right height, but if I did it again, I would have done factory bushings to prevent the headache.

As as noise and such by going from rubber to poly bushings, maybe a little , but it is discernable.
