This is FYI for those interested in purchasing this bumper. I purchased for my work truck which is an SR. My workers were destroying the rear bumper. I'm not sure if bumper brace is different with and without tow hitch. My work truck is a non tow hitch.
This bumper was a PIA. It does not indicate not compatible with non hitch. The customer service rep was totally useless.
    He had no idea .
Returning it was not an option because I had to pay for shipping and it is HEAVY.
Anyway, the bracket on the BA had to be cut to remove (I used a torch) about 2in. to make it fit between the lower brace. THAT also reduces strength of the mounting bracket a bit. The whole bumper is bolted via (4) 16mm bolts. Very simple, *IF* it was made to bolt up with no fuss. There also is no hole for the factory license lights AND license plate. You have to rig your own.
    So, FYI .
