So i am 20 years old and i am into body building. At my peak i was 190 pounds of pure muscle with 8% body fat. im 6'4 and have a super fast metabolism so its a fight to keep weight on. I am not skinny(i have lots of muscle but i look more like an athlete than the hulk.)

I was recently out of the gym for two months due to an injury of the shoulder. dropped 250 lbs on my shoulder.... This caused me to lose 7 lbs of muscle.

I was running a strength/cutting routine for 3 months. - a no rest constant growth routine running in a 3 day cycle of legs&chest .. Back&shoulders.. and finally Arms in their own day. I run opposing muscle groups instead of the usual assisting groups. this optimizes growth. I made major strength gains and came out looking like bruce lee (proportional to my height).

Then taking a proffessional builders advice I moved to a mass routine for 3 months. Sun=rest,Mon=Back,Tues=Chest,Wed=rest,Thurs=Legs,Fri=Shoulders,Sat=Arms

I gained a shit load of mass but because of my metabolism i fight to keep it. I looked like a very built 25 year old and shredded.

NOW HERE IS MY QUESTION... I am going to be starting Superdrol (S-roid) and WAR (Trenabol 30mg + Superdrol) for an 8 week period. Pro-hormones, not steroids. I wanted to know what would be better for overall Look, not strength. the Mass exercise routine or the 3 day no rest routine for the course of the supplements....

any advice please? strength is not an issue. I am benching 250 lbs and i curl 55 pound dumbells per arm at 20 so I'm not worried. I am going more for the Beach body/greek god look.

Have you ever done a PH cycle before? That is the main question here. If this is your first go, I highly suggest NOT doing a stack. You are looking for trouble if you go that route. Also, make sure you have good post-cycle therapy. You will have estrogen flowing through the veins like crazy when you get off the cycle. I suggest Novadex XT for whatever the length of your cycle was.

Either way... You are 20 as am I. I don't suggest a cycle at all. I tried to do one a year or so ago and very mixed results. I gained a little mass and strength, but I was sick all of the time after, and I overall felt like shit. I am a very good believer in good diet and hard work... As far as supplements go: Protien directly after workout, a good multivitamin, Casein before bed, ZMA, and fish oil. That's it... After what I have seen/done, I don't see myself on another cycle unless I get on some massive plateau or I am recovering from an injury. There aren't really a whole lot of "shortcuts" when it comes to getting in shape. Hormone cycles are no exception in my book. Put the work in and you will get the results you are looking for...

I'm not sure about the chemicals - never really tried any of those mentioned - but look up Bill Starr and his 5 X 5 routine. I've been lifting for nearly 25 years and will hit this routine for 4 weeks or so when ever I stall. It's a very good routine.

Again i was not asking info about the supplements, no offense...

I have taken Tren xtreme by ACL which was labeleled a d3 steroid but was sold as a PH. That shit got me yoked.. but i did not post cycle and i was very depressed, i got sick, and i couldnt have sex for a while. I then took Big time stacked with mma, ttx-40, effa and all appropriate fish oils/estroblockers/libo/anabol support and post cycle. I had great results.

i have my post cycle, anti estro, and fish oil for this cycle.

i have used probably the strongest legal(at the time) supplement there was and i have recovered from it.

i was more interested in advice on what would yield better results and fully utilize the supplements routine wise. more rest time with more weight, or no rest time with gradually increasing weight

No offense taken, just trying to help.

So it sounds like you are set on your stack, you are basically just looking for your best workout. Since you have a fast metabolism such as me, I would suggest more rest time, more weight. Your body needs the time off to keep that little bit of fat on as well as ample time to build the muscle. You want the big tears to get big rebuild... If your diet was spotless though, you could go no rest increasing weight and be alright, but watch your calorie intake so that you can keep fully nourished throughout it. The hormones help you recover much faster than usual, which is why gym rats are even more intensely putting in the time on a cycle. It cuts your recovery time into fractions...

Not for nothing- but you are probably a bit over the general passerbys head with this one...I think you questions would be far better served on a body building/fitness forum. I know this is the off topic...but I'm guessing you are going to say "That's not the info I wanted" a lot cause we are truck folks with a few health/building types around.

As far as your question goes-I would say the natural lifting techniques that have been proven time and time again should still hold true. For tone and definition....More reps with less than max weights. So I would say more reps of increasing weight.

Brunes is right... But there's also science out now ruling out the more reps less weight idea as well... So can we really delegate an ultimate workout regimen when every single human body is different? No, but we all know what does or doesn't work for us and we base our judgment off of that.

i'd switch the 2. doing it that way is kind of counter productive cause your gonna rev up your already fast metabolism and then try to gain size and mass when your body is running in high gear

X2. The chems work mostly by allowing the body to recuperate faster. So, although I agree nutrition and hard work is best, use the cycle to beat up your body. That's what they're for

thats what i look like. I want to look like a fucking meathead freak though.

I can honestly say the one muscle group a day is the best i had for putting on weight. i hit 190 with no protein. I shouldve been consuming 200 grams of protein in shakes a day. ill let you know how the ph goes though, im going to start them on thanksgiving

You're still young man and that metabolism is fighting you all the way. You think you have a fast metabolism ? When i was doing kickboxing daily and hitting the gym 5x a week 2hrs per day I was doing 225lb bench. 6sets of 12...at 165lbs. That was when I was about 22yrs old. You're leaving out the most important part, how many sets/reps are you doing ? I was building for strength not size/weight so my routine was more exhausting /hence 2hrs at the gym daily. 3 sets of 6 reps at like 75-80% should help kick up your bulk. But its all in your diet. I was consuming 200+g of protein at that time. The actual math for it is 1.5g of protein per lb. So you should be nearly at 300g of protein daily. Your dietary needs are off, not hormones.

hey guys so heres an update on the cycling. and a review on products.
I will post some pictures tonight.

So i started the S-roid on 11/30 and the war on 12/14 so I am mid cycle right now.
I started at 185 lbs and am now 196 so i have gained 11 pounds and I am still shredded. The s-roid is okay but i didn't really notice powerful gains until day 14 which coincidentally is when i began the war. Obviously the war doesnt take efefct for 72 hours but don't expect much power until week three of the s-roid.

I am currently on day 18 of a 45 day cycle and I am just blowing up!!!
I'm getting alot of attention in the gym from women and i have been getting asked alot of questions about diet/excercise routine.

I will post some pics tonight...

what are you planning on running for a pct? your definitely gonna have to do a good 8wk or so pct. also with the superdrol i wouldnt be suprised if mid stack you start developing gyno, test shrinkage, acne, or start losing patches of hair. drols a strong product. you may want to add an estrogen inhibitor to your stack as well. actually you will definitely want to add an estrogen inhibitor and a liver support. thought you were stackin sdrol and win. but just re-read your post and saw that your stacking tren and sdrol..you need to be prepared for the gyno and stuff before it happens. up the calories. but remember that its not the quantity its the quality of what you put in. good luck
