Hello! Hoping to find some answers with a new post since I can't see anything similar.

I have a 2016 V6 4x4. I lifted it at like 20k miles (3in all around), put 285's on, and had a minor driveline vibration at start of acceleration ever since. Now the truck has 80k miles, and I just noticed a severe bogging/shaking/shuddering coming from the mid-rear of the truck at 1,500 RPMS going from 1-2nd gear, and from 2nd-3rd.

I installed the driveshaft spacer from OME to try to correct it. The vibration at start went away, however the bogging/shaking continues.

Is it possible I damaged the CV's/Driveshaft? Or does this seem like a transmission issue?

Trans fluid change been done at 60t miles? Is it like a shudder? Seems like a failing torque converter

Yes I would definitely describe it as a shudder. Yes, I believe the trans fluid was changed at 60k miles at the dealer.

Might be the torque converter failing. . Hopefully dealer will give you some slack and shoulder part of the repair out of goodwill

Could the failure be due to the need to re-gear? I have thought about re-gearing but I didn't think it was required for my tire size.

Check your driveshaft u-joints. I had a driveshaft go out on my Subaru some years ago and behaved somewhat like you describe.

I agree that this would be the place to begin diagnsosing . Have you been greasing your driveshaft universal joints at every oil change ?

Ah, I have never greased the U Joints. How would I know if those are the source of the shudder? Should I grease them and see if it stops?

Might be too late for that. Could have a bad joint.

Crawl under there and try to turn your driveshaft by hand. If there is slop or play, it needs new joints. If tight, move on to something else.
