Ive used a similar method before , but didnt have an extractor so i stepped up the drill size until it was the same as the inside diameter of the internal thread , then you have to use a tap to clean the threads out , its tricky but when the people you work with lose or break all the extractors you have to get creative.

Hey TacoChino, have we overloaded you with info yet ? lol .
Have you tried any of these methods? did you get it out yet?

Yes, that's a great way too - The problem is getting the hole real close, on center and straight. Also you need room to get the drill in the correct position with all the frame stuff around.

Try not to use a propane torch unless it's the last resort. If you don't have,/ can't borrow an Oxy Act rig, then try MAAP gas. It's about 500F hotter than propane.

Panther piss as above mix it 1/2 and 1/2.
    Next best is Kroil.
then PB Blaster then liquid wrench,

    Last is wd 40.

    Hey Guys,
Sorry that I went in cognito these pass few days and left everyone in suspense!
    Here's the latest:
Removed first bolt with torque wrench no problem with a little WD-40
Second bolt was stubborn and wouldn't cone out. Torque wrench ate the fuck out the tip(pictures of that I will take today)
Drilled a hole through the bolt and trued the bolt extractor which didn't do shit!
So today I will be attempting to hammer the shit out of it hoping it will break since I have hollowed the inside.
No access to a torch so heating it is out the question!
Bought replacement bolts at the local hardware store.
Attached are the pictures I took when I started the removal process.

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
Get better vise grips and stronger hands :)

I use lefthand drill bits, but since you goobered the threads on the back side standard drill bit is going to be a better bet.

Another thing that may work is use you vise grips, and a small propane torch, heat the nut and vise grip the bolt from the back. Just be carefull to not heat the whole thing too much or it won't really help you just want the heat on the nut.

You can get a cheap propane torch at walmart :)

PB Blaster is much better penetrator than WD-40

Get a set of vise grips that have less arch and smaller teeth and grip the thing sideways instead of with the tip.

If there isn't any interference, use a longer bolt. If any bolts break again there will be more bolt exposed, to get a grip on.

Propane torch isn't that expensive, you can buy and igniter and propane torch I think for like $40 tops. I like using the MAP gas with Kroil, the kroil isn't (as) flammable and hasn't busted into flames after I sprayed the heated area. Works really really well for those trouble areas (like my starter bolts) :D

I know this is an old thread but i literally just ran into this same problem, the bokts were so rusted on there as soon as i started to loosen them i heard crack n the plastic on the housing for the taillights snapped right off on both.

Im gonna up load some pics when i get a chance.

Theres 2 rubber push things that hokd the lights in rather well without any bolts so this left with one of 2 options, double sided tape, which could work or zip ties, which did def work n work well.

I used where the bolt went thru originally some of the left oflver plastic that i could drill a hole, did so on each end, put the zip ties mostly thru got em stsrted so they didnt fall off n pushed the light into place, tightened up the zip ties n they're now even easier to remove in the future n prevented me from having to purchase new lights as thats the only fix to this problem, unfortunately.

I just an open end adjustable wrench on the metal clip on the back n kept loosing, one cam off the other snapped n came off that way, either way got both bolts out of the way so i could use those holes for the zipties obv.

Im telling ya, super quick super easy fix any idiot with a drill n zip ties can do.

Id venture to bet the dealership, if they ever saw it would be like wow im gonna dick over the next customer that i break their light with this idea.

Like i said if somoen wants to see pics or anything of what i did let me know.
