Make it for 2nd gen, $15, and you have a YUGE product on your hands. Give me my life back, don’t let my cap keep rubbing up on the paint. Better yet, sell the design to Toyota for a big buck and have them finally make there vehicles go from 99% worth it to 100% within the hour.

I use a Ty-wrap on the tether and hook it to the door latch. Simple and it works :oldglory:

I'm sure this will make it into the 'useless upgrades' thread, but I'd buy one for the novelty of it.

Hey did you notice the material used on the touch screen on the Honda CR-V is better than what Toyota puts on these Tacoma's? It is more of a glass like material. I was going to buy a screen protector but I don't think I need one. I have the "EX" model.

So what did you hit with the V? Kind of hard to judge pulling into a parking space how much room you have but I find I have more room in the space even if I don't pull all the way in the parking spot than I did with the Tacoma.

Be sure to make a TRD version.

For those running race gas of course. Or just fans of stickers

A black version for all the chrome haters is a must. But a chrome version for the shiny lovers will expand your base.

I'm betting it will fit the 2nd gen just fine. Give me a photo with references you want measured, then mail me my free test unit. :D

Kidding about the free one. I'll measure though.

I currently have the gas cap hole tapered(inward) so the cap is an easy press-in fit. I can do it this way, or make threads built in so it screws in like original. Thoughts?

I feel like the press in would be more convenient assuming it is a secure fit
