Made the mistake of loosening. I hand tightened them back. Am I still good?

Loosened so much that I could take it almost out before realizing it was the wrong bolt.

There are no torque-sensitive engine bolts on the outside it was probably just a valve cover bolt.

It's fine. It just holds the valve cover down "tighter" at the plug tube.
    The gasket is rubber.
If you tightened it back down, it will be ok.
