Complete bolt on sliders - 16 bolts per side - some will have to be drilled but not required.

32 - 7/16" grade 8 bolts included.

Current paint color matches the Magnetic Gray Metallic.

Never been used offroad

Made out of 3/16" steel for the brackets and 2"x2" x .120 wall square tubing.
Also 1.5" x .120 wall round tubing. These sliders are very strong!

With all of the bolts installed these sliders can be used as a lifting point.



Local pickup preferred. Shipping will be at the buyers expense.

If Jdev doesn't buy these, I'm also interested. I'm going to be in Atlanta for work next week and could potentially make a detour in Augusta on my way back to Charlotte.

 

I personally built these rock sliders. I have been a welder for 10 years and also a welding instructor at the college level for 5 years. They are very well made.

 

Seeing how these are painted to match your truck, do they also scratch easily when used as a step getting in and out of the truck, or do they not stick out far enough to be used that way?

I have a blue taco, so I'd probably need to have them repainted.

 

Awesome job on the fabrication, they do look real nice. I am going to have to bow out, I forgot I really need a new set of tires and can only have one or the other.

 

They can be used like a step, I never used them as a step getting in and out of the vehicle. They do come in handy when washing the truck.
They were built for trail use/body protection.

 

Even if it does, just use a rattle can to touch up any problem spots. Better that powder coat because you can't really touch that up.
