I looked around for about 5 mins trying to see where it came from but couldn't find anything. Anyone have any ideas?

If your Taco is a 2001 - 2004 model, there are 4 different fasteners of that general type used in the dash / console area. My guess is one of your dash fasteners has fallen out.

Yeah I figured it was just a mounting screw, any use on searching until I found out where it came from and putting it back in?

I would spend a little time looking but if you can't find where it goes, stick it in the glove box for when you do find where it goes

Looks like the bolt that holds the bottom of the dash to the inner dash structure. I have been seeing those bolts TOOOOOO much through my re-build. Look up under the dash, I bet its one of the bolts beside the glove box door.
