2015 Barcelona Red Double Cab SR5

I just purchased a used Leer mid rise cap from a car dealer and we installed it with original bolts and the 'slide in the track nut' ( don't know what it's called ). I would like to replace with new bolts, one was slightly bend. Does anyone the what size they are?

Well I called a truck cap dealer and they said that they are 5/16", so if anyone needs to change theirs.
