I just cleaned and flow tested the injectors on my 99 tacoma 3.4. Where can I find bolt torque specs for reinstalling the fuel rail and plenum etc?

I simply torque by hand while wiggling injectors. You want them to be able to turn inside the rail, this ensures they are seated properly. Torquing them is a good idea, it's likely 12ft/lbs but I just snug up with a 3/8 ratchet and move on!
