That looks like your upper control arm bolt.

Yup, what Madjik_Man said. There's also an upper control arm bushing in there that the bolt goes through.

For the clamps I'd search Amazon for constant tension clamps. Best to get a kit with various sizes to keep on hand

Replacing everything is going to add up quick! McGeorge Toyota for OEM or Rock Auto.

Alternatively, for simple clamps and bolts, remove them and leave them in a bowl of white vinegar overnight, works great. Paint or treat with WD-40 after unless they are frame parts and you're planning an underbody treatment like Fluid Film or WoolWax.

The CA bolt is a bit bigger project but if it's only the rust you're after there you can try de-rusting it without removal. Use one of the many of the de-rusting products available or make a "poultice" of white vinegar, leave it on the part overnight and keep it damp with vinegar. Be sure to make up a paste of baking soda after and leave it on the part for a while to neutralize the acid in the vinegar.

I've replaced a lot of the components you circled above. Separately none of them are too expensive but the cost does add up over time. My advice would be to go to partsouq.com, and start getting comfortable reading the parts diagrams.

Buy a jug of Evaporust and follow the directions. It’s reusable too. Thank me later.

They do sell some parts, but they're based in Dubai so I think you'd probably be better off price-wise buying from a local dealer. They just have one of the better databases of part diagrams for different vehicles. I usually look up my part numbers on partsouq and then buy from McGeorge Toyota in Virginia.
