Pretty good results considering some of the unfortunate boobs some of the girls were born with.

 

nah... I was at work... I will now though! Hard to believe they've been working on it since 1995! I just heard about it about a year ago! Would be nice if they could get it down to a real simple procedure any hospital or clinic could do and drop the price. I mean, $18k! That's more than a good silicon job and it seems simpler! Suck it out from here, squirt it back in there....

Then consider that if you come home with the truck lifted and your wife is pissed there is a good possibility that all youll get to play with is your truck!

Get your wife that aftermarket set, take her out in the truck and test drive em!

I say no to the Fake Boobs imho. I've never been a fan of them and never will. I've had Girlfriends with small B's, C's and my current GF has D's. I found them all to be fantastic as is. Why, because they're natural. I just make sure the girl looks good. However my current GF now has the whole package and still complains. Thats women for you.

Since I've study and know the medical field, the cons are greater than the pros.

However this is a choice the two of you should sit down and agree on. Perhaps read more in depth about it to have no regrets.

I would like to see them like every other guy here . However I live in reality where I don't want anyone looking at my wife either . It is an easy decision . Have you weighed the pros/cons ? I would say yes . Is it something you can afford ? After that its what makes your wife happy .

Thanks dudes. She really is. She is also 36 years old and looks better than most 20 somethings. She works very hard to look that good. Like I said, she deserves it. Coincidently, our wedding anniversary and boobiversary are on the same day.

If she wants them, get 'em. She will be very happy with them....as you will be too.

Guess the honest way I feel about it is no for a number of reasons. First, a 102 pound woman is SKINNY. So if you're that stick-thin, then guess what? you're gonna' have small boobs. Secondly, implants look nasty once a women starts getting up into their 30's. Lastly, she is going to probably start getting "unwanted" attention from strangers, that is unless she likes that kind of thing.

Then again, my Wife has no need for implants, so I guess I'm spoiled.
