I vote for some reverse psychology. Tell the wife you support her on getting the boob job just that your concerned about scars, surgery problems, how bad coming out of anesthesia is, how much it's gonna hurt, chance for infection during surgery. Anything else you can find. But still make it sound like you want her to get it. Surgery sucks. She really should just get a push up bra or something if it's bugging her.

Fake boos aren't for me either. Convince her to not get the surgery, hold off for a month or two, then get the lift.

You're married and she wants a bigger rack? Who's she trying to attract, she already has you nailed on paper. I'd tell her she's perfect just the way she is and you don't want her to go through all that pain just for you. And if it'll make her feel better, take the money and lift the truck - tell her she'll get to ride that as often as you get to ride... well, you get the picture.

My wife is hitting me up with the same thing. But yesterday I signed the papers for my 09 dc sport 4x4 and Possibly this summer the boobs will come. I was never given an ultimatum. Now if she didn't have boobs at all she would have won. But new truck or walking? Truck!
