I am in the boat with the naturals. Actually my wife is a rare case and wants a reduction I say lift and tires. Like someone mentioned, what is the reason for getting them? You are already married.

If she is Hell bent on getting them, then buy boobs first to make her happy. Then when she is happy buy lift and tires and you will be happy. Its a win/win.

 

I just don't understand why women want to accept implants. They are foreign bodies inserted into the breast which the bodies immune system is constantly trying to destroy. And if they metastasize into the breast tissue they will NEVER come out without lose of the breast itself. Each to his own, but this is a manifestation of Doctors doing it for $$$$ and not the health of the individual. Dr's that do breast implants solely for vanity reasons are despised by other Dr's as money grubbers.

Boobs. happy wife=happy life. Chicks want nice tits for the same reason they want the latest shoes or the sexy dresses. Besides, if you throw down for a good Doc, folks can't tell if their real or fake. I guarantee you these "Au natural" guys have checked out fake racks they thought were real. This is one thing you get what you pay for. But, if your wife isn't already hot, I think it's a waste of time, like those guys who put $8000 worth of 24" wheels and tires on a rusted out 89 Cutlass with a Spray Glow paint job. You can always use the boob job as leverage in later negotiations.

 

They are not for me. She wants them. We just had a baby 2 yrs ago and now is an A-B cup and she would like to be a small to medium C.

 

I cant stress it enough, if thats what she really wants, it will make her happy and she will in turn make you happy. Every guy wants his wife/gf to be happy.
