Book reading app for phone

Not sure if im in the right section.
Can anyone recommend an app for my phone (android) for reading/playing a book/pdf while driving in my vehicle?
I need to be able to control the settings to ignore punctuation and stuff.
I had a app before but it read the punctuation.
Example
(First do this then do that)
*first do this

The app would read "parenthesis first do this then do that parenthesis "
"Bullet point first do this"

It was highly annoying when trying to study/memorize the material

Edit, i may not have described this correctly, it needs to do text to speech, so it reads a book on my phone and i can play it over my vehicle speakers
Now i cant even find the one i used to have from google play.

 

I'd be curious as to what you find. At least I thought this just an app to listen to audio books but i am not familiar with anything that does this. I had heard google was working on something to do just that but it wasn't ready for prime time.

 

I downloaded this one, ive been using it for 2 days now. Its not perfect but it works. It mispronounces words and has stopped for no reason a few times(have to unlock the phone and click play again)
