    I'm pretty sure this is the item number (at least on etrailer.com): THULE 853-2106

    I ended up going to a local Rack N Road dealer and asking them and they had some in stock, most likely will be the case with any Thule rack dealers (maybe not REI?!)

    Hope that helps! I forgot to put that info in my thread, even for my own reference!

    Mine are level to each other, I can put a long 2x4 on it and it’s flat across both racks. If you look at my post on the install, you can see I used some taller spacers to get the two racks level. It may depend on the canopy you have as well.

    Take the install slow! Just accept some vehicle down time and don’t rush it. I had my truck down for a week, maybe two. Just working an hour or two in the evenings when I could. I had to work around the air bags very carefully. I used a stepped drill bit, but made sure it wasn’t going to go into the airbags. Use a good sealant, I think I linked to it on the other page as well.

    Don’t be scared, be careful! :thumbsup:

    Glad I could help! Let me know how they work out for you. I feel they’re much stronger and a more positive lock.

    Been awhile but wondering how your Prinsu Access rack has held up. I’m a bit north of you in Vancouver but believe it or not we get some rain up here too.

    I’ve read some posts from guys in So Cal that haven’t had leak issues but better to get a PNW’r response I think!

    what product did you use to seal?

    @Andocalrisian

    So, initially I didn't use much of the 3M marine adhesive around the bolts, I used the Resctorseal mainly, and after 1 year of offroading, twisting, and turning, I had a leak on the front bolt on drivers side headliner. So I then removed each bolt while the rack was in place (maybe all of them loosened up, but not completely removed, can't remember) and I GLOOPED a bunch down inside the spacers and around the base of the spacers. It's a bit ugly, I could go back and clean up the excess with a razor blade, but it started raining when i was finishing up and I have left it ever since!

    And now for the words you wanted to hear:

    NO LEAKS! :thumbsup: 4 years in!

    See Below for the products I used.

    Right on! Thanks for the speedy reply. I really dig the look of the prinsu and think it’ll be a nice addition. Getting a mid rise canopy installed this afternoon but not sure if the mid rise plus top rac will fit in my garage so may go with just access rac to have some up top storage. Thanks!
