95 Toyota Tacoma

T3/t4 turbo setup, split second esc1, haltec f5.

1995 Toyota Tacoma is having some spark issues. It will fire up for about 2 seconds then die. I have fuel about 42psi at startup,new cap rotor, coil tested to be good igniter is functioning normally. And I pulled the EFI fuse and check for spark and I get nothing but the truck still fires up for a couple seconds. I’ve never had a situation like this and I’m not new to turbo vehicles just new to turbo Toyotas does anybody have any idea why this could happen or how it could even happen?
