Looks the same. Weird you’re having issues. A couple other guys on CT used them as well

One thing to mention is when I put it all back together for the test drive I put the vacuum source for the fpr at the intake manifold and the truck ran really bad backfired and the idle was high with low afr’s 11.50-13.50 but when I put to original it was good but then check engine light came on for knock sensor

@boostedka were your injector really tight when you were tightening them. I don’t want to break them

@oostedka is it safe to tighten the rail all the way down even if it’s tight enough to hear popping

Mine were snug but not tight. When i did the 550’s I didn’t lube them and they had a harder time seating into place. Did you lubevthem up before installing them?

So I’m a big dummy I was trying to put two insolators and the sensor went in a little more just about to test drive again on the way to practice. :fingerscrossed:

Nice. Hopefully that works. Did the isolators from the pink injectors stay stuck in the head? They have a tendency to do that

Did you unplug your battery to reset your ecu?

I’ve taken the left side (intake etc..) apart twice today and double checked everything

After reading the code P0325 I’ve ether got a bad sensor or something in the wiring. Now if there was a way to figure out which wire at the ecu is the knock sensor wire I could bypass it in the engine compartment to see if that’s it.

Check engine light keeps going on now and the truck runs really bad. Driving to work this morning i have to go on the freeway and it was very sluggish and when under load part throttle the afr's would go to the 8's. I'm debating now whether or not to just put the original back in or buy another SU1075 ether way 3 more hours of fun

Here's my plan. Today after work I'll limp it home after picking up another sensor and when I tear it down again I'll compare the two sensors and try to check the wiring without tearing into the harness too much. Does anyone know a quick way to find the knock sensor wire under the dash ? Also I might consider putting the old one back in.

Bw s256 turbo with 3 in glass pack dumped pre axle raptor liner bed and top rails and fenderflares and rocker panels. Hunter side steps. Plasti-dipped upper fenders and emblems. satin black spray paint here and there inside and out. 5100's set to 1.75" up front . C channel front bumper. Maxxis bighorn 255/85/16
since it is running really rich now, have you thought about running straight e85? provided your pump is rated for it

Check out the ecu pinout link I have around page 10-12. It has ecu pin outs for every year of 1st gen Tacoma.

I’m baffled as to why you’re having this issue. I littlerally just put mine in, started it up and no issues. I tightened it was maybe wrist tight.

Did you ever call the guys at oside just to verify your injectors?

I'll check out those pgs thx and I tightened it a little more than that. I did call Oside and verified that the only difference was color so that's good. I don't know if this would make a difference but did you cut the pig tail down so that it would only reach the sensor from the harness or leave it long and just tie it up ?
