Can you replace just the stud on Bora spacers? Or is it an entire spacer replacement if they are damaged? Had my truck in for free tire rotation and they showed me two studs at the end look like they are toast.

Almost melted or extremely cross threaded (at the end of 2 studs)... will try to post pics if I can.

Sounds like they did that for you. Guess they should be replaceable, pressed in.

I was thinking they would be replaceable as well (pressed in), but not familiar with the construction of them so throwing out to TW folks. I'd hate to compromise the design.

I replaced a few of mine on the spidertrax ones I run. Some came out easy enough, another didn’t budge..

Update: I contacted BORA and they were willing to send out just studs, which tells me that replacing just the studs is feasible and safe. They also mentioned that air tools for installation AND removal are not recommended when doing tire rotations. 5/5 customer service and response times.
The said shop attempted to replace the studs with same spec, but the length of the replacement studs were not quite the same length. Maybe 1/16 " of difference short, and as anyone who installs these 1.25" spacers know, thread count is at a bare minimum for the nut. So they are stepping up and ordering a new replacement unit for me.
