Just installed my 3/4" spacers. I ended up having to trim less than 1/8" off the stud. My rims don't have recessed back to accept the protrusion of the stud.

don't understand how your 1.5's fit perfect and my 1.25's don't. seems to be some irregularities in the machining process.

I dont understand that either because my 1.5's had problems with the studs as well. I posted pics of it a couple posts back

one thing that may have affected some of your spacers... I was down there talking to the guys when they were finishing the TW spacers and they said they had a shelf collapse in the shop with a bunch of bins of studs/lugs and they scattered all across the shop.
They had to re-sort the mess of nuts/lugs into the correct bins, so maybe they put a couple of the wrong studs/nuts in the wrong bin and thats where the issue lies?

^^ doubtful. this is an issue with the factory lugs not being long enough on some spacers, but fine on others, and it doesn't seem to logically correlate with the spacer size (some people with 1.5" have no issue, while other with 1" and 1.25" are having a problem)

I think some are suggesting that the spacer holes for the factory lugs were not machined equally deep across sets and sizes.

EDIT: Maybe we should gather some real data around this - what's the possibility that Toyota used different front lugs on different trims or years?

i ordered the e.t. lugs from all pro and they were actually too long and didn't allow the spacers to completely tighten up to the hub. the nuts that came with the spacers were too short for my peace of mind. now i don't know what to do.

i bought the ET lugs from all pro as well and had the same issue. took a bench grinder and ground them down just enough. it worked great. very quick and easy. very happy with the spacers now and i have the piece of mind with the ET lugs. it all worked out in the end:)

I did the same thing - ET lugs and the grinder - and they fit and work well. It took a long time to get these spacers on the truck, but it was worth it.

I was running FJ Cruiser wheels on my truck and they had recesses on the back of the wheel so it wasn't an issue. Got my new Jesters last week and had an uh-oh moment when I thought they weren't going to work with the spacers. They actually had enough of a recess that I didn't have to trim.
