2 hours I think. I went in for a simple 5k servicing and found out my Taco had to have the floor mat replaced. Before they brought that up, I had asked them to check into the heavy-load TSB. So it all piled up and I was there for a good two hours. Thank goodness my girlfriend's friend showed up with her dad for a servicing or we woulda been bored out of our minds. Talking really helps pass the time and so does a good laptop or smart phone.

I never wait, I always get them to drive me back to work in their courtesy vehicle. Then they come get me when it's done.

I spent almost 5 hours once for my old '06 Taco.

Went in for 5k mile service and they ended up doing the gas pedal as well.

I'm on my 3rd Toyota truck and have only been to a Toyota dealer once. Well maybe twice, to pick up special tool when I changed timing belt on T100.
