Sweet Tea....major southern thing isn't it. The country singers tend to mention it in their songs. That's what I ordered when I was at the Waffle house. Loved it. I wanna go back to Myrtle Beach.

I make a pitcher of sweet tea every day.. Love it... its alot healthier than soda... We grew up on sweet tea... Yeah I would say it a southern thing, but I really wouldn't consider myself southern...

I actually sold that a few months ago. I never road it. I prefere a utility ATV with 4x4. It was really really fast tho. It just wasn't really the quad for the terrain that I ride on. I ride the quad in my pictures that is yellow. Its a Can-Am 650.

IF I were to buy one...would I buy a sports one? It would be just for fun on trails and not for work. What size motor or cc would I buy for a beginner?

If I were you I would start with a utility quad they are easier to drive because most of them dont have a clutch so you dont have to worry about stalling them and you can just ride. A 250-350cc would be a good size motor to start with. Dont buy a new one because you are probably going to flip it or wreck it atleast once, so buy something cheap and ride it until you get a good feel for it, then buy something nice.

i would say a yamaha yfz450. electric start, very quick sport quad, can take it on trails or the track. unless you will be doing serious trails where you need a 4x4 quad. i was gonna say a 400ex...but you will probably want something faster after you get the hang of it.
were you thinking of a 4x4 quad?
buy a used quad...just incase you flip it lol
i rolled my brand new 450 my first weekend out and wanted to cry

Bands? I like Suzuki, Yamaha, Honda, and Can-Am. That is just my preference. I learned on a Suzuki Eiger 400 Automatic CVT 4x4.

I'll be getting something simple first. Probably a slower sport ones. I'll see what I can get on craigslist. What's a good price for a used one? $500? I always thought an ATV was cool but never considered getting one so I never paid attention to prices.

$500 will probably get you something rough... probably not running... I sold my 660 Rapter for 2500. It was 7 years old... It was in perfect condition...

my buddy had a warrior... you could not stop that thing... it went everywhere... never any problems... he flipped it probably 30 times... and never had any single major issue... warrior would be a good choice...

haha... that would get your around... i guess... haha... yeah that would probably be a waste of your time.. I would stick with name brands. there are alot of quads that you can buy from Pep-Boys or places like that, that are cheap and poorly constructed... buy something that you are going to be able to keep for a while... You will always have a buddy that will ride it when you get a new one...

i would stay clear of china quads/pep boys.
here are a couple i found if you can talk them down a little on prices. again, these are beginner quads to have fun and learn on...after you learn...maybe give it to the wife/gf/little brother kinda quads
