Yep, got bored & bothered by that stock Tacoma front bumper again, so just like last time I pulled it off & started hacking away on it this time instead of just throwing on my 1-hour bumper mod. I'm not quite done with it I'm just trimming it as I go , besides I had to make room for the tube bumper/light bar/skid plate that me & a friend with a bender & welder are fixin' to get started on, at this stage I don't think it looks good or bad, just different, oh well we'll see how it shapes up, I did trim about 3" on the sides by wheel well & took out the center of course.....:eek:

The other 2 pics are the 1 hour bumper mod shit I came up with..

Well, ehh, yeah somewhat, actually we're going to design 2 , the first one will be tubed integrating the tube/prerunner type with whats left of the stock bumper & the other one is going to be a 4" or 6" rectagular mitered channel steel w/winch deck & partial tube for lights, I dunno I got all kinds of crazy ideas running thru my head. (time to get back on the meds !! :D)j/k

Make sure you don't rear end anybody, you don't have all that plastic in front to protect you ;)

Shit I like that one ! didn't even think about the side lamp turn signal thing, I'll get another stock bumper from wrecking yard er something , thanks for the post :D

I removed the whole middle exposing the radiator to potential hazards but have fabbed a piece of steel perforated panel above the skid plate & attached to bottom of stock bumper its very solid now !!
