That and when the hacky sack craze hit. Haha

We used to kick those things onto the roof and then come back at night and collect them off the school roof! We were stupid.

When I go to my cabin I play hacky sack. Turns into a drinking game quickly.

I always thought new kids on the block kind of got it popular. You tightly roll the bottom of you pants/jeans at your ankles. Pull them tight, fold over than roll them up a couple times to hold. Like a cuff on your pants. Few kids in middle school I remember doing it. A lot of girls did it around here, which is why I think I never thought about doing it.

    That's what that is?
We shopped at thrift stores and I had to do it to some of my jeans because they were too long and mom didn't always have the time to hem them. I didn't have choices and I hated it.

Ouch. I wore some pretty cheap jeans in the day, but I was lucky enough that they fit. Atleast you where in with the latest fashion!

I remember this one kid who always had his pants pegged. He had the whole new kids on the block look. Anyway I remember he was trying to recruit other guys to start a boy band. LOL. He thought it would help get the girls. He asked me and I was like Pfft I just had a girlfriend for a the whole lunch period. I'm

I recall only pegging in 7th grade. By 8th grade, I was all about Nirvana, Alice in Chains, Soundgarden and Punk. Talk about a near complete image change in less than a year....However, I went from a preppy school to a rougher school that year. However, the punk rock culture did fit me better than the rap/hip-hop wannabe culture.

Oh hahaha, so basicaly like tight Capris, yeah I'm proud to say I never did that. I remember this one girl was a New kids on the block fanatic, I would make fun of her everyday about it.

I grew up mostly wearing Chuck Taylors, I may have cuffed my jeans cause they were too long but not that pegger gayness.

That in bold was and is the lamest of all. I remember, it seemed like after "Nothing but a G thing" came out, those type started popping up. Suckers.

The whole combat boot and flannel was big for the grundge.

True that's probably why there's been so many older movies made over in the recent years, and TV is just garbage now, I never watch it.
