Well, there ya go! Give em a call and see if they could fab up a basic HC rear and let em know you want to fab onto it. I know the pilfry HC W/ swing outs are different (reinforced where the spindle goes?). So perhaps an “incomplete” swingout bumper would be better than a non-swingout that has been modified? Hopefully they could get it built by the 22nd, maybe install for you so you only have to lug home your oem bumper (or junk it there lol)

Billy is pretty flexible...you can tell him what you want and where you want it and he will try to make it work. Give him a call and you'll have a nice long chat BSing with him and will likely be given a price slightly less than what you priced things out at individually.

I wonder if it would be done by mid-end of May when I'm out there though. That feels like a stretch to me

Success! Only cost me like $25 in materials too. Had to buy a hack saw and some other stuff because I am lacking on proper tools.

I appreciate it Man. I can't wait to retire again and head out your way. Seen a lot of the world, but not a lot of the States.

    Completely forgot about this but,

    (1) 1ft 3/8 threaded rod cut into 4" sections
    (4) 3/8 Steel flanges
    (4) 3/8 Fluted Plastic Knobs
    (1) tube Red Loctite
    (16) carriage bolts/washer/locking washer/nuts. Pick a length that will work for you setup.

Pretty much, cut the threaded rod into 4" sections
-Coat the end of your choice in Red Loctite, thread it into the flange
-Let set/dry for 30min or according to Loctite tube
-Thread the carraige bolts into you crossmembers, loosely attach the flanges with washer/nut/locking washer
-Slide in the track to align for your maxtrax board mounting holes
-Screw on the knob to secure it down

:rofl:I'm OCD when it comes to Excel. It dumb easy to make a nice spreadsheet and formulas make it even easier.

I'm thinking about adding another column for stuff I've sold to factor in what I made back of the paid price.
