Sounds like a Access Cab base model.

It's a base model if it has steel wheels and no intermittent wipers. It probably has black plastic fenders and bumpers right?

    None yet! It's new!
Just call a Toyota dealer, tell them the VIN and they'll tell you precisely what you bought, since you don't know.

Why is that? If the car was used for a trade and they think that it's good enough to keep on the lot, why send it to auction?

My Dodge Ram stayed at the Lexus dealer and the owner was intending on buying it.

And sometimes you can find a real good deal because they don't know much about the other brands.

I bought my 2 month old Trans Am from a Toyota dealership. The guy who bought it was forced to trade it in when the work truck for his business blew the engine. When I couldn't figure out why the auto shift indicator did not have a first gear labeled, I took it to Pontiac and had them run the VIN. Found out the car was a special order from Canada, built for Canada and had to be converted in order to be registered in Cali. Pontiac was able to print out all the info, including the original order sheet.

Car was priced originally at $33k USD and I got it for $18k

I gaurantee you it's the base model. I have one. Mine is a 2011 DCLB base. it doesn't have colour keyed fender flares or bumper, and no intermittent wipers. Oh, and the stereo is black instead of silver. There is a few more small things that don't really matter IMO.

As others have said. Pretty sure it is a base model 4x4. My 2008 SR5 has color-matched fenders, chrome rear bumper, chrome grill, and LSD rear and tow package (not sure if that was part of SR5 or an add-on).

Access Cab Base like mine except you got the V6. If you have stereo controls on stering wheel, cruise control, tinted side windows (rear doors) and sliding tinted rear window you got the convenience package also.

i have an SR5, and tow package is not part of SR5, I'm not sure either about the LSD though, but I don't think so, because the guys at the dealer were surprised mine had it
