    No. Not if that option or combination of features is not available in that region.
    If a dealer sees a trend of customers wanting an option not offered in a region, then they can request it and if the distributor responsible for that region sees other dealers wanting the same, they will add it and it will become available.
    It's all about demand. You read on here that odd post where a guy in Georgia can't get a particular option you know is offered in Maryland, but those are few. Mostly, the regions offer exactly what the dealer and customer in that region wants.
    Truthfully, the differences between regions is not a lot.
    Dealers can swap between dealers but regions cannot swap between regions.
